Prime Time Fitness Classes

Every Tuesday and Friday at 10AM
The Prime Time Ministry hosts exercise and fitness classes geared specially for older adults. Come in loose fitting clothes and join the class!

Tai Chi

Every Monday at 10:30AM - 11:30AM, for Prime Time Membership only
Every Wednesday at 10AM - 12Noon, Open to all
Start the week off on Monday calm and relaxed by taking participating in Tai Chi with Prime Time. Open to Prime Time membership only.
All church membership is invited to join the Tai Chi Wednesday class, sponsored by Prime Time.

Mission:
Prime Time is an intentional ministry designed by, with, and for older adults 50 and over in our church and community. It seeks to promote and enhance the well being of all its members in areas affecting their physical, socioeconomic and spiritual needs.
